Really dirty and grimy sounding Post Punk/Punk/Swamp Rock etc etc. There will be millions of genre pigeonholes for bands like this, bands that are a little bit harder to stick into one particular genre. But, for every person trying to figure out where this band fits in, there is a good song by them. Apparently there are only 15 people trying to tie this band into one specific genre. Enough of my bad jokes and bad writing. Take a listen, I think they're really good. Sounds like Australia was dying of cancer.
