well i really didn't want this blogspot to be about me, personally but it seems as though i'm the only hero in this hood protecting these links. originally this was supposed to be me and a boy named Chris whom i met through slsk with a gigantic intresest in shoegaze and droned out psycho freak out music, which is something i wanted to have portrayed in this blog, of course. well he never showed up to the party, his party, if you want to call it. so i headed up a boy named James who made the second post with the ever infamous Dolly Mixture, but never came back to show how much he cared about this little twee pop fascination he had... well i continued to think about whom i would get too post and then eventually i met someone else by the name of Daniel who had an interest in Post Punk and really angular music, he wanted to use this blog to get out a lot of Toronto, Canada bands of the newer days, not really what i had expected but it worked seeing as how these bands play a newer more fresh version of what the older bands played, with a little more ease and easier word of mouth. I haven't heard from him in a while, so, I posted my last link for a long time, Vanity 6, and it did a good while just laying down there in its own little world, sort of breaking off of the more underground vibe the blog had until then. well, i came on here today and thought about posting lots and lots of links with really half assed descriptions but that wouldn't make me feel any better. this blog isn't a failure but i do now realize that it's up too me to keep it keeping up. how depressing, i hate responsability. Well, here's too the kind folks that stuck around!
