A very nice album taking elements of The Dolly Mixture and The Shop Assistants, posturing them up into more timid sounding songs than the last aforementioned bands and then writing lyrics out of the most important diary ever written. this is plane jane music meant for the alternative teen in the 1980's searching for something a bit more noisy and quirky. this band is the remnants of what came out of Talulah Gosh and there are varied similarities which are, fortunately, the strongest points of both groups. I believe they split up into two groups after the suicide of their drummer, one of the bands being Marine Research, i reccomend checking them out. Anyways, i can say so much about this band, but in all honesty only their music can speak for itself:
