I did not upload this for a friend, or a non-friend, but an individual that asked for this to be uploaded. Regardless of anything I say in the next few sentences, I will have to make sure that you understand it will not do any good for you to understand this, my method of explanation does no justice, and will do no justice for these delicious songs. Mmmmmm. Okay, well the butt end of the explanation is that it's space rock, not like Magma or Hawkwind, but that shoegaze inspired indie rock stuff that sounds like it's wandering into the nuclear emptiness of space, perhaps to wander forever. This band could be compared to Seven Percent Solution, and I will compare them to Seven Percent Solution; guitar strumming that's delicate, ambient distortion, soft melodies, really long songs at times. The difference is that somehow Whirlaway stays more coherent, this is not a bad thing either. Get quiet, my friend. Get wimpy. Have the wimpiest odyssey in your mind ever.
