Dump does some totally amazing Prince covers. There are good ideas and there are awesome ideas, this is a fucking awesome idea. Sorry for the low bro, brute way of describing this, but it's just too good to think about. Dump opens with 1999, which is a slow moving and totally chilled out tune that's got some weird subterranean vibe going along with it, that strange weird clicking noise thing in the background creates an omnipresent feel of water dripping in an underground cave. The album goes through such hits such as Raspberry Beret, Pop Life and Erotic City. Too good.
