This is a totally exceptional, riveting release. I believe it is done by a Californian, maybe not. All I know is that before I had explained this as:
This sounds like that scene in Willy Wonka where Charlie and his grandpa are burping and floating in that room and are about to die because of the fan potentially slicing them up into oblivion, that's what this is. It so relaxed and ethereal at times, drony even without trying to be drony. Sounds like a less chaotic Blank Dogs too be honest with a large hint of My Bloody Valentine.
But it is really up to you to decide what this sounds like and whether you will like it or not.
