Really blood thirsty current Goth Rock. Has the obvious mix of glam and punk that goth music is known for, but up to date. Sounds like a less mainstream version of Interpol but more sped up. Actually they just sound a little like the Horrors who in their own way sound like Interpol because Interpol sound like Ian Curtis. Anyways, this is probably the last great Goth album until another band shows up with 10+ songs (which hardly ever happens with this type of music). Repetitive and primitive drum beats with monotone-type (not Joy Division type) vocals spilling out whimsical fairy tales of grim deaths and suicide notes. Must listen.
