A trio signed to Slumberland records who's recorded output began in 1993 and ended in 1996. Once Amy Linton was accepted to the San Francisco Art Institute they migrated from Albuquerque, New Mexico to San Francisco, California. From album to album and song to song Henry's Dress had a natural way of evolving from one style to another, sometimes with the ferocious tenacity of The Ramones and other times with the whimsical airy feeling of My Bloody Valentines 'Strawberry Wine EP'. This self titled 10" has them capture the more dreary aspect of shoegaze with the lighthearted feeling of twee: uplifted, dark, constantly moving; but they are always punk, no matter what.
