I don't know what this is, I stumbled upon The Savage Young Taterbug while listening to Terrors (Ports O Call alumni, missing those days forever and ever). Reminds me of a more drawn out Natural Snow Buildings if NSB could even be more drawn out; not so that the songs are longer than NSB songs, because they are not, but because they seem warmer and darker and full of more pain. I'm actually really jealous because I was doing stuff just like this under the name Phallius Maximus when I was 16 - 19 in my backyard shack with only a few people witnessing and I never got famous. I even made a tape! I threw away every tape I made or lost them, but The Savage Young Taterbug didn't and now Thurston Moore is proclaiming such things as "PROOF A BOY CAN BE A SIREN TOO." So now this guy is a local folk hero and I'm more and more miserable every day since I threw those tapes away.
