Ever since first discovering the band known as Mission of Burma I have loved them, bought Vs. a while ago, I would say in 2005/06, they were my favorite band around that time. I could have never predicted that roughly two years later they would release the VS. Definitive Edition. Anyways, I would say that this band wasn't the first that got me into hardcore/punk/indie/all the good stuff, no not even the first band I've heard of the same nature, but what they did do was inspire to look at the damaged punk scene in my area and notice the mohawks and bondage pants and it got me to wander out and search for something better. Have I found it yet? Perhaps I have, perhaps I haven't. Maybe it's all just been right under my nose. Anyways, this is album is an odyssey and you should download it and impress all your stupid mainstream punk friends or your little brother or the old guy that chooses his friends depending on the music they listen to.
