What I didn't mention in my last post about the band #Poundsign# is that they have also been on a few splits and had done an Ep or two during their lifetime, as well as release two full lengths (and a live/rarity album). Underneath the Marquee was released in 2001 while this here little gem of a 10 song album was released in the humble year that is known as 1998. As you can hear on here, the album sounds as though the band was aiming for something different than what they were trying to achieve when they went on to record Underneath The Marquee. It's a lot more fuzzy, warm, blurry, wooshy at times, and more lo-fi than Underneath The Marquee; just know that as similar as it is, it also happens to be quite different, a little more moody.
